R&D Data Management Specialist

Main Purpose of the role

Mondarom is the flavor producing company of Perfetti Van Melle group. We are looking for a Data Management Specialist who will responsible for data quality of flavors in PDR for consolidated flavors and RSME flavoring materials.

Location : Bironico (CH)

What you will do

• Interact with suppliers to receive and check all flavor and flavoring material documents adhere to the PVM flavor policy and certifications according to project deadlines;
• Coordinate and ensure the execution of the monthly screening of all new flavors and flavouring materials in PDR for data completeness and follow up with the countries;
• Coordinate efforts of the Value Engineering team efficiently ensure that documents to be provided to GRD and OCs are correct and complete including content verification as per PVM requirements;
• Prepare all samples for flavor evaluation sessions (chewing gum, candies, tablets, beverages, fondant...) and participate in evaluation sessions as requested.
