Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service function within the Commercial streamCollaborate with global and local stakeholders to define, validate, and optimize test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteriaValidate SAP system functionality against business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with SCM and Finance modulesIdentify, document, and escalate system defects or functionality gaps while supporting resolution tracking processesRepresent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings as the primary business liaisonSupport the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program to ensure operational readiness for the January 2026 go-liveEnsure business validation of new SAP modules and associated processes from a commercial perspectiveYour Profile
Extensive SAP knowledge and background with several years of hands-on experience working with and on SAP systemsProven experience as an administrative professional with a practical, hands-on mindset and problem-solving approachStrong expertise in Customer Service processes within commercial environments, preferably SAP SD moduleFluent English skills (native level preferred) with German language skills as an advantageExperience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills for global collaborationProject management capabilities with the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsBenefits with nemensis
