StellenbeschreibungLead and manage a growing infrastructure team Oversee infrastructure operations across both on-premises and cloud environments (Azure), ensuring stability, sclalability and performance Support and guide the hybrid deployment of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between infrastructure strategy and business needs Helping the organization transition away from legacy systems Ensure operational readiness of core services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint online Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture Proven experience in team management, with the ability to lead, mentor and grow a technical team in a dynamic environment Strong background in infrastructure, including both on-premises systems and cloud platforms (azure) with the ability to oversee operations and guide strategic decisions General understanding of other IT domains, such as software development, to facilitate cross-functional collaboration Very good level of English - French is a plus High level of accountability and ownership with a genuine commitment to team success and operational excellence Attractive package International exposure
