Position Summary
We’re seeking a dedicated Compliance Investigations Manager to lead and manage compliance related investigations across Nestlé. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure all investigations are conducted in alignment with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
You’ll play a key role in identifying and addressing instances of non-compliance, while also contributing to the development of preventive measures and a standardized approach to investigations. This position may also involve leading a team or network of internal investigators, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.
A Day in the Life of a Compliance Investigations Manager
- Design and implement governance structures for an investigations network
- Lead investigations into compliance-related matters, including evidence collection and documentation of findings
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports outlining key findings and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver training programs on effective investigation techniques and protocols
- Collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, Nestlé Internal Audit, and other functions to ensure coordinated responses to compliance issues
- Evaluate and enhance investigation guidelines to align with evolving regulatory standards
- Benchmark best practices to maintain high-quality investigation processes
- Present findings to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
What will make you successful
degree (or equivalent) or a master’s degree in accounting, corporate compliance, business administration or related fieldExtensive demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas : in-house, law firm, law enforcement, or forensic accounting / discoveryA comprehensive track record in managing complex investigations related to compliance, ABAC, fraud, financial misconduct, and other critical incidents in a corporate settingExpert knowledge of global compliance regulations and investigative methodologies, including data privacy laws and employment regulationsExcellent operational, communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProficiency in investigative tools and data analysis applicationsStrong collaboration skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholdersRelevant certifications such as CFA, CFE, or CCEP are highly desirableNestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
