Role Overview :
As a Content Moderator, you will evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies. Your role involves upholding content standards, addressing user appeals, and collaborating with your team to maintain a secure and positive online environment. You’ll also stay informed about emerging trends to refine moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Review : Monitor videos, audio, comments, and links to ensure they meet community standards. Identify and remove inappropriate content to maintain a secure platform.
- Guideline Enforcement : Ensure that all content, including images and titles, complies with platform rules.
- User Support : Manage user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation actions.
- Compliance : Work with your team to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Trend Monitoring : Track user trends and potential risks, adjusting moderation strategies as needed.
- Process Improvement : Share insights to improve moderation tools and practices.
Requirements :
