DIGITAL MARKETING - OMNICHANNEL EXPERIENCE INTERN

As a Digital Marketing & Omnichannel intern you will be a member of the Coty Geneva Digital team looking after Travel Retail area.
This internship is based in the Coty head office in Geneva (Switzerland).
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Digital Marketing -Omnichannel Experience Intern, you are responsible for executing the 360 E-commerce and digital strategy to innovate the point of sales.
The Digital Marketing & Omnichannel team in Travel Retail is at the heart of the many different departments within Coty.
You will be involved in cross-functional activities and projects and are responsible for contributing to the brand’s equities and customer experience online and offline.
Your main focus :
BEAUTY TECH & INNOVATION AT POINT OF SALE
- Continually improve digital visibility on all retailers at POS touchpoints with the latest digital technologies
- Maximize the implementation of digital solutions at POS : Guide, Nurture and support on the installations
- Support on the development of new digital solutions for Point Of Sale.
- Ongoing digital support and communication of digital knowledge to the different regions Worldwide.
360 ECOMMERCE DIGITAL ACTIVATION STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Continually improve digital visibility on all e-retailer touchpoints / guidelines implementation and continuous e-retailer audits.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams / agencies to ensure effective joint business execution in line with the trade visibility trade packages, and also ensuring the optimization of E-retailers
- Monitor and share industry developments, online marketing trends, industry tools and internal cross-team insights and best practices to drive innovation.
- Deliver digital activation excellence by developing innovative and engaging campaign strategies driving brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty for new product launches and key commercial moments.
- Support digital activations across all digital touchpoints including social, digital media, e-retail, website, any ad-hoc digital experience, CRM, and in-store digital touchpoints.
- Work with all COTY stakeholders to ensure adherence to COTY’s global brand equity and standards.
- Closely working with internal and external partners to monitor the performance. You will drive business opportunities and challenges based on the daily, monthly data analysis.

The team consists of E-commerce, Digital marketing, PR and Media professionals and you will work closely together with several departments such as Travel Retail in sales, brand managers, trade marketing, data analysis team.

- Previous experience with SAP ERP and JDA
- Experience in Travel Retail channel
- Experience in Beauty industry
