French Customer Support On-site Role in Lisbon

Do you have C2-level French and B2-level English? We're looking for motivated and solution-focused Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.

Youll assist French-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy all while living in one of Europes most vibrant cities.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

• Maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday

• 07:00 - 23:00 (rotative shifts)

• 2 rotative days off per week

• 24/7 schedule may be introduced later
