Responsabilités :

Assister le Manager du Magasin de la Ville de Genève dans ses activités quotidiennes et coordonner l'équipe de conseillers clientèle.
Mettre en œuvre des actions spécifiques pour offrir une expérience client unique et garantir la qualité du service.
Gérer les ventes de Haute Joaillerie, Montres et Accessoires, en atteignant ou dépassant les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs.
Superviser la résolution des préoccupations des clients.
Participer activement aux événements communautaires et maintenir une présence visible pour développer la base de clients existante et nouvelle.
Assurer l'interface avec le marketing local pour mettre en œuvre les stratégies de CRM et améliorer la base de clients.

Profil attendu

Profil :

Au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans une boutique de luxe haut de gamme.

Expertise en opérations de magasin de détail et techniques de vente.

Passion pour la joaillerie, les montres et les accessoires.

Connaissance des processus de marketing, médias et merchandising.

Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, SAP et CRM.

Excellente communication en français et en anglais.

Capacité à développer un réseau de clients et à augmenter le portefeuille de clients.

Flexibilité, positivité et innovation.

Capacité à travailler de manière organisée, rigoureuse et structurée.

Création d'un environnement de travail positif et harmonieux.
