In a nutshell
This role is perfect for an experienced administration professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to get involved with a diverse range of responsibilities. No day will ever be the same!
We are looking to appoint this role on part-time basis (either 3 days per week or school hours Monday-Friday), therefore it's an ideal opportunity for someone seeking an exciting career with a strong work / life balance.
Based 5 minutes away from Bristol Temple Meads, our central office location has excellent public transport links, close amenities such as St Nicks Market, King Street and the famous Harbourside.
What you'll be doing day to day
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team providing personal assistance i.e. note taking and diary coordination.
- Manage client checks such as 'Know Your Client' and 'Anti-Money Laundering' clearance processes.
- Assist in preparing, formatting slides, letters and reports.
- Keep client databases and contact information up to date.
- Coordinate staff travel and accommodation for team members as required.
- Engage in marketing support activities i.e. facilitating and coordinating client events.
