Nous recrutons, pour l’un de nos clients majeurs dans l’industrie chimique, un  Transformation Program Support Officer  afin de renforcer le programme de transformation de la fonction Engineering.

Ce rôle est central pour structurer, coordonner et orchestrer l’ensemble des workstreams du programme, en soutien direct au Transformation Lead.

Mission temporaire ~18 mois – démarrage début février 2026

Transformation Program Support Officer

Vos responsabilités

  • Structurer et maintenir la roadmap du programme de transformation Engineering, avec suivi des jalons, risques et livrables.
  • Assurer la coordination transversale entre les différents workstreams et faciliter la circulation des informations.
  • Préparer la gouvernance : comités, reporting, décisions, supports.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives de digitalisation (outils, data, automatisation) et suivre les pilotes / POC.
  • Participer à la documentation des processus, rôles, interfaces et au futur Operating Model.
  • Soutenir les activités de change & communication : analyses d’impact, supports, ateliers et formations.

Profil recherché

  • 5+ ans d’expérience en  PMO ,  coordination de programmes  ou  transformation organisationnelle .
  • Expérience en environnement  technique / engineering / industriel  (chimie, pharma ou similaire).
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, rigueur et sens du suivi.
  • Aisance en gestion multi-workstreams, priorisation et coordination.
  • Très bonne communication écrite et orale ; capacité de synthèse.
  • Maîtrise des méthodes et outils de gestion de projet.
  • Curiosité pour la digitalisation, l’innovation et l’amélioration continue.
  • Français & anglais courant.
