Lead Reliability Engineer

Our Pharmaceutical Partner with state of art production site, is seeking support for their Maintenance Excellence Team in Schaffhausen. We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer with extensive experience in builing and executin Reliability Programs.

Start date can be flexible, as it is a longterm project. The context is to establish a durable asset Reliability framework.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the overall progress of the asset reliability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
Track and analyse KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and unplanned downtime for all departments
Coordinate and hold regular meetings with all reliability engineers to review project status and provide guidance
Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to the reliability engineering team
Evaluate ongoing reliability projects and track advancements to ensure successful implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and establish a long-term reliability roadmap for the site
Identify areas of improvement within the asset reliability framework and develop strategies for continuous enhancement
Foster a culture of reliability and accountability among reliability engineers

Qualifications :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a senior engineer.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in reliability projects and methodologies.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage and convince stakeholders.

Strong financial acumen with the capability to demonstrate the progress and benefits of reliability programs.
