Tu assures la réussite de tes clients en comprenant leurs besoins et en établissant des relations de partenariat durables et de confiance. es de faire ta connaissance ! Pilotage proactif des campagnes de recrutement en collaboration avec les équipes Sales et Tech Analyses approfondies et création de rapports personnalisés Gestion stratégique des budgets clients avec identification d'opportunités d'upsell Relation Client Excellence Communication multicanale (téléphone, visioconférence, email) avec support de premier niveau Livraison des KPIs (clics, leads, candidatures) en coordination avec les équipes concernées Étroit partenariat avec les équipes commerciales afin d'atteindre les objectifs communs liés aux budgets de campagne Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire Expérience en marketing digital et / ou modèles Pay-Per-Performance (PPP) souhaité Maîtrise avancée de MS Office et forte appétence pour les outils digitaux Excellence relationnelle : capacité à créer des liens durables avec clients et collègues Mindset proactif avec un sens aigu des responsabilités Français : maîtrise parfaite, anglais : niveau courant indispensable.
