Bern – Home office : 3-4x per week possible from home

A prominent entity in the healthcare & pharmaceutical sector is seeking a visionary Enterprise

Architect to spearhead the technological advancement of their distribution and logistics services.

In this position, you will be instrumental in sculpting the technological landscape of our client's

operations. Your mission will be to interpret the strategic objectives and operational requirements,

translating them into actionable and scalable technical solutions and digital enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Distill business strategies into concrete functional and technical requirements for diverse

applications, advancing the digital framework.

  • Foster an agile mindset, adhering to and advancing SAFe principles and practices while

    • refining existing processes.

  • Collaborate intensively with product management, fellow architects, and various

    • stakeholders to construct and execute a future-proof architectural vision and

    technological pathway.

  • Take on comprehensive accountability for the architectural and technological discourse

    • within the supply chain stream, serving as a liaison for IT-business alignment.

    Qualifications :

  • A degree in computer science or equivalent educational background with several years in

    • an Enterprise Architect role (experience in distribution and logistics is beneficial).

  • Deep-seated expertise in ERP system technologies (SAP knowledge is a plus), focusing on

    • system integration and migration.

  • A leadership figure with exceptional analytical, conceptual, and presentation skills.
  • Agile methodology proponent with a strong customer-centric and service-driven

    • approach.

  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Influential communicator capable of building bridges between IT and business units.
