Your Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new B2B partners, including advisors, distributors, and key opinion leaders
- Plan, organize, and execute international sales trips and client events
- Coordinate and host Familiarization (FAM) trips, site visits, and webinars
- Manage and nurture existing partner networks through proactive communication and accurate CRM maintenance
- Oversee and collaborate with international sales representatives
- Develop and implement creative sales initiatives, sponsorships, and market-specific campaigns
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, KPIs, and performance analyses in cooperation with internal teams
- Handle contract management for external partners and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cross-departmental strategic projects
Your Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in sales within luxury hospitality, wellness, or healthcare industriesFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Proven success in proactive B2B sales, ideally with international exposureStrong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindsetWell-connected in the industry and confident in developing new businessStructured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to travel internationally and represent the brand at key industry eventsYour Benefits
