QualificationsProven experience in hotel management, preferably in a seasonal operationStrong F&B experience – ability to oversee and optimize restaurant & bar operationsExcellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitalityFinancial management skills, including budgeting and forecastingDemonstrated leadership skills – ability to inspire and manage teams effectivelyFluent in French & English (German is a plus)EU passport required
