Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
At our global operational Headquarters in Greifensee we are looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Counsel Europe 80 100% (all genders).
In this role, your responsibilities would include :
- You will work on a wide variety of European legal matters and provide legal support to the units and group functions located in Europe
- You will draft, review, and negotiate various high-value commercial contracts
- You will support the company's digital transformation journey particularly in the areas of IIoT, cloud, AI and data protection.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing SaaS agreements and software license terms as well as supporting the implementation of digital regulations
- Legal support in group projects, including compliance initiatives, corporate projects, environmental and other matters
- Creation of legal tools, checklists, and standard materials to improve legal and business processes
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role :
- You have 2 5 years professional experience in a reputable law firm or an international corporate setting
- You have a Swiss or other European legal degree, admission to the bar in Switzerland or another European country is preferred
- You have excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills and you are experienced with various types of commercial contracts (such as IT, sales, distribution, procurement, development, and other complex cooperation agreements)
- Comprehensive general legal knowledge in various areas of law relevant to an industrial company, including general commercial law, corporate law, IP, antitrust, data protection and compliance
- Strong understanding of IT law and relevant experience in supporting IT-related legal matters in Europe
- You are fluent in English and German, both oral and written
- You have strong analytical skills, you are pragmatic, solution-oriented and a strong communicator
