Quotation Engineer - Bodrum

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage service agreements and quotations for MRO Part-145 services offered by AMAC Turkey
• Be directly and indirectly involved with the negotiation of contract terms, conditions, and pricing with customers
• Evaluate and prepare the quotation as per the needed man hours & materials to be use for the fixed price agreements ensuring the most profitable cap application for the over & above part of the maintenance process
• Ensure that all necessary agreements are in compliance with local and international aviation regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and analyze market trends, costs, and customer needs to create accurate and reliable quotations
• Continuously review and adjust the quotation process taking into account the budgeted vs actual man hour rate, implementing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
• Support Key Accounts Manager to maintain relationships with customers ensuring timely communication and strong partnership development
• Support Key Accounts Manager contact with customers regarding agreements, quotations, and related queries
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless execution of MRO services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, quotations, and agreements for auditing purposes
• Ensure all team members are aware of relevant agreements, standards, and processes through regular communication and training
• Deputize job role of Key Accounts Manager
• Fulfill any requirements requested by line manager
