JOB SUMMARY

As a Product Senior Manager at Ascent, you will lead the product strategy for both new and existing products. This is a new role that will own the product roadmap, manage product delivery, and plan for future iterations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to drive product success.

This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership and ability to articulate clear product visions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

• Define Product Strategy : Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Market Research : Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, monitor trends, and assess competition to maintain product competitiveness, measure product success through relevant metrics and KPIs (e.g., NPS).
• Manage Product Roadmap : Create and maintain roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business impact.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with account management, business development, legal, and finance to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data insights to improve customer experience and plan future product iterations.
• Customer Engagement : Contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Marketing Plan Execution : Ensure consistent communication of new products through a coordinated marketing plan

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in product launches, ideally in healthcare or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience in innovative product development.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a successful history of managing products.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in managing high-performing teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
