What You’ll Be Doing :

Lead strategic product planning (SPP) and mid-term planning (MTP) with market and technology insights

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to guide product strategy

Collaborate with R&D to define new product characteristics and evaluate innovation potential

Develop marketing tools and communication strategies for OEMs and internal stakeholders

Support business intelligence, benchmarking, and external events like tech days and auto shows

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a technical industry, ideally within automotive

Strong knowledge of product marketing, strategic planning, and market analysis

Bonus Points If You Have :

Advanced degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business

Experience with innovation pricing, competitor benchmarking, and OEM engagement

Fluency in French or German in addition to English
