Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to the organization, structure and control of the worldwide service centers network : Define operational standards (lean management, process optimization, 5S, HSE, compliance, etc.) Implement new Digital solutions (Diagnostic tool, repair tool, etc.) Provide technical guidance and support to our service centers based on our Maisons policies
Document operational procedures and guidelines to be rolled out in service centers
Support Richemont Maisons and Regions in the implementation of harmonized business processes
Define project roadmap, monitor the progress and maintain deadlines
Review operational performance and organizational efficiencies of our repair service centers : Review and enhance analysis tools to measure efficiency ( STO, VSM, etc.) Build a benchmark grid to compare service centers performance Perform data analysis and provide Management report Define potential areas for improvement
Perform regular status with involved entities and direct report
