To strengthen our Commercial Division, we are seeking a Head of Real Estate Sales with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the real estate sector. We are looking for a structured, results-driven, and inspiring professional capable of leading a high-performing sales team while contributing to the broader commercial strategy of the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Senior and Junior Real Estate Sales Advisors
  • Define and execute the commercial sales strategy across residential and commercial projects
  • Monitor performance targets, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement measures
  • Oversee key client relationships and support high-value negotiations with private and institutional clients
  • Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and asset management teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings
  • Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent Artisa Group at industry events and strategic networking opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic sales role
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering commercial results
  • Extensive knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, with particular focus on Canton Ticino
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and client-centric approach
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tools
  • Fluent in Italian, with professional-level English; German is considered an asset
