To strengthen our Commercial Division, we are seeking a Head of Real Estate Sales with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, proven leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the real estate sector. We are looking for a structured, results-driven, and inspiring professional capable of leading a high-performing sales team while contributing to the broader commercial strategy of the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Senior and Junior Real Estate Sales Advisors
- Define and execute the commercial sales strategy across residential and commercial projects
- Monitor performance targets, KPIs, and implement continuous improvement measures
- Oversee key client relationships and support high-value negotiations with private and institutional clients
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and asset management teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings
- Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Represent Artisa Group at industry events and strategic networking opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic sales roleProven track record in managing sales teams and delivering commercial resultsExtensive knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, with particular focus on Canton TicinoStrong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and client-centric approachExcellent organisational, analytical, and decision-making capabilitiesProficiency in CRM systems and sales performance toolsFluent in Italian, with professional-level English; German is considered an assetWhat We Offer
