It Support Specialist

IT Support Consultant (Level 1 & 2)

Location : Geneva, Switzerland (On-site)

Contract Type : Temporary – Consulting Assignment

Workload : 40–42 hours / week

Schedule : Monday to Friday, between 08 : 00 and 18 : 00

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network, and peripherals)

Diagnose and resolve incidents via ticketing tools (remote & on-site support)

Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications & user accounts

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required

Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on user requests

Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in IT Support / Service Desk (Level 1 & 2)

Strong knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office / O365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems

Ability to troubleshoot network & workstation issues

Fluent English required; French highly appreciated

Strong communication skills, proactive mindset & customer-focused attitude

Ability to work fully on-site in Geneva (Monday to Friday)
