We are seeking a kind, responsible, and experienced Caregiver / Auxiliaire de vie / Companion Lady to provide full-time, live-in assistance for an 80-year-old British lady residing in Chêne-Bougeries. The lady is in good health.

Start date : December 9th

Schedule : This position requires 6 days a week, one day off.

Breakfast is served at 8 : 30, lunch at 12 : 30. There are 2 hour-break after lunch and dinner is at 19h00.

Caregiving Duties :

• Assisting with daily personal care, bathing and dressing
• Medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and engage in light activities and conversations.
• Monitoring health and well-being, reporting concerns as needed.
• Prepare and serve breakfast and cook healthy meals for lunch and dinner.
• In charge of making the bed and maintaining the lady's bedroom and bathroom clean and organised. There is a cleaning lady who comes every morning to clean the rest of the house but when necessary assist with general household chores
• Walking / ambulating / exercise assistance
• PA tasks like calls, doctor appointments, etc.
• Errands and shopping when necessary.
• Travel to the family home in Gstaad for around two or three weeks during winter.
