Primary responsibilities
- Develop and perform a variety of kinetic cell signaling assays for GPCRs (BRET / FRET-based assays)
- Perform and monitor mammalian cell culture
- Conduct molecular biology techniques including cell transfection and ELISAs for biomarker quantification
- Document, analyze and present experimental data to the team
- Support laboratory organization including management of material orders, inventory and equipment
Education
Master degree in Biology or a related field. Or a Bachelor degree or a completed apprenticeship with 4+ years of relevant experience.
