- You lead by example in managing your business and providing constructive feedback
- You have at least 3 years' technical sales experience.
- You have familiarity with the UPS market, which would be a significant advantage in this role.
- You have solid technical and commercial knowledge, ensuring you can navigate both aspects of the sales process effectively.
- You possess a persuasive demeanor and the ability to win people over with your charisma and communication skills.
- You are a self-starter with organizational talent, able to manage your responsibilities independently.
- You have an analytical mind, are a driving force behind initiatives and are highly goal-oriented.
- You excel in communication, acting in a performance-oriented and customer-focused manner.
- You have good written and oral communication skills in (Swiss) German (C2) and English (B2).
- You are ready and willing to travel within Switzerland to meet clients and support sales activities.
