What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the development and execution of Gelato’s product marketing strategy.
Build, organize, and execute product launches and initiatives. Ensure successful messaging and narratives for website updates, thorough documentation, Twitter campaigns and appeal to the right audiences
Own, plan and execute the product marketing content calendar on social media, predominantly TwitterCraft compelling product positioning and messaging that communicate the value of our infrastructure solutions to different audience segments. Coordinating with developers, designers, and product teams to make sure we have everything needed to present our products in the best way possible to our users and community. This will include the initial product launch, iterative feature upgrades, or the general product brand.Create market and competitive analysis, client case studies, and product positioning.Work closely with our strategic Rollup as a Service clients across their development lifecycle, proactively helping them with general execution and go-to-market by coordinating and creating launch blog posts, tweets, and press releases supporting them with chain launches.Work directly with infrastructure providers (RPC providers, Bridges, Wallets, SDKs, etc.) and application teams across the ecosystem to create joint go-to-market content and build deep marketing relationshipsWork closely with the product team to deeply understand technical features and translate them into user benefits that resonate with target audiences.Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiativesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and positioning opportunities in the blockchain infrastructure spaceRequirements
Relevant experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager, with demonstrated experience in coordinating and interacting with web3 projectsDeep understanding and experience in managing crypto-focussed accounts on social media platforms like X. You know how to communicate to a crypto native audienceA curious individual with a strong passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies focusing on infrastructure, ideally an active user of onchain applications with an understanding of ecosystem trends.You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable influencing both internal and external teams in a professional settingPrior expertise in creating engaging user-centric content focused on product and technical features, drilling down into the technical concepts while stewarding business prioritiesA flexible and reliable team member, comfortable taking ownership and navigating ambiguityYou have a degree in Computer Science, Marketing, and / or Economics, or experience contributing to software products as shown through individual projects or other workExperience at a high-growth technology startup / web3 infrastructure is strongly preferredBenefits
