Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst -Accounts Payable

Location : Geneva, Switzerland(Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)

Contract : Full-time, 6 months (renewable)

Start Date : ASAP

Salary 120k to 150k

We are seeking an experiencedSenior ServiceNow Business Analyst with specialized expertise inthe Accounts Payable (AP) module to join our client's innovativeServiceNow team. This role focuses on capturing and implementingcomprehensive AP use cases, enabling efficient workflows andbusiness optimization on the ServiceNowplatform.

KeyResponsibilities

  • RequirementsGathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, especially in the Financeunit, to document and analyze AP workflows andrequirements.
  • Solution Design : Translatebusiness needs into functional and technical requirements tailoredto the ServiceNow AP module.
  • Use CaseDevelopment : Create and prioritize AP use cases, ensuring alignmentwith organizational goals and compliancestandards.
  • Process Optimization : Identifyopportunities to streamline manual processes and enhance efficiencythrough automation withinServiceNow.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Leadworkshops and meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignmentbetween business stakeholders and technicalteams.
  • Project Coordination : Assist in planningtimelines and deliverables for AP-related initiatives whileproviding updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, andchallenges.
  • Delivery Support : Act as the bridgebetween the Finance unit and the ServiceNow delivery team, ensuringsuccessful implementation of AP-relatedfeatures.

YourProfile

Experience :

5+years as a Business Analyst with hands-on ServiceNowexpertise.

  • Proven success in implementing theServiceNow APmodule.
  • TechnicalSkills :

    Strong understanding ofServiceNow architecture and modulecapabilities.

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices andframeworks is a strongasset.
  • Certifications(Preferred) :

    ServiceNow CertifiedImplementation Specialist (CIS).

  • CertifiedApplication Developer (CAD).
  • Certified SystemAdministrator(CSA).
  • SoftSkills :

    Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in adynamic, fast-paced environment with competingpriorities.
  • Strong communication andfacilitation skills to engage stakeholderseffectively.
  • Fluent in English; Frenchproficiency is a significantadvantage.
