Tasks

Job Description

You will ensure the legal feasibility and compliance of the venture builder and its portfolio companies, acting as a key advisor for startups under the venture builder's umbrella. As a founding team member, you will help create a culture of innovation while maintaining compliance with the Swiss law. You will work collaboratively to identify potential legal challenges and develop innovative solutions that empower startups to scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive legal strategy and ensure regulatory compliance for the venture builder and its startups.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements, including founder agreements, funding documents, and commercial contracts.
• Identify legal risks and help startups navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Provide strategic guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, and governance frameworks.
