Assist the Head of the company as well as approx 30 employees in daily operations,Manage budgets and funds, follow-up expenses, report financial data,Participate in project management, monitor budget, track deadlines, coordinate administrative activities linked to ongoing projects,Office management, ensure maintenance of office and supplies,Travel arrangements for Head and for other team members and clients,Participate in team's planning and absences, new hirees' programs,Organize team events as well as conferences.Confirmed experience as a Finance and Executive Assistant to Director level,Experience in budget coordination, and good with numbers,Experience in an international work environment,Fluency in English and in French (C1 levels minimum),Excellent autonomy and adaptation and learning skills, very hands-on,Proactive, taking initiative,Strong communication skills, strong ability to connect with people,Proficient skills in MS Office including on Excel (pivot tables).Small-medium sized team in a large international company; position with responsabilities and lots of autonomy; multicultural team; position offering work-life balance; good conditions.
