Missions

To strengthen the Creative Marketing Team based in Neuchâtel we are recruiting a

Creative Perfume Associate Manager

Reporting to our Creative Perfume Manager, you are responsible for injecting creativity and innovative ideas for perfume product development. You also manage existing and new products design from the initial idea to the final product.

In this role, you collaborate with the marketing team in the definition of the creative vision for new products and ensure their overall coherence and alignment to brand values.

You manage new fragrance products development, from the creative vision to the production (bottle design, folding box, coffrets, promotional items…) and ensure 4 phases of project management, respecting timings and budgets, as followed :

Creative phase

You define creative frame and nourish concept approach, elaborate moldboards & creative briefs and brief designers and suppliers. You provide material for product presentations such as mock-ups, renderings and moodboards. You also manage product packshots for packaging by briefing photographer and following photoshoot, retouch, and photolithography.

Production phase

You supply the technical development department with final product creativity. You manage and check production artworks according to BVLGARI graphic charter and support technical development team on components production. On demand, you assist the development team during industrial trials or production launches.

Events

You plan and follow the order, realization and on-time delivery of components and mock-ups for trade shows. You take actively part in setting-up and / or dismantling the Bulgari Perfume booth.

Research and inspiration

On a daily basis, you fuel creative think tank and material library. You join main design and packaging fairs and gather competitive intelligence. You present market trends and innovations to your colleagues from marketing and development teams.

Profil

Passionate about design, creation and fragrances, you hold a university degree. You have at least 5 years’ experience in luxury product development, for Italian brands would be a plus, with a strong visual story-telling culture and real sensitivity to both design and the world of fragrances. You are able to inspire, challenge and guide creatives thanks to your creative background coupled with strong technical skills from the fragrance industry.

You have excellent project management skills with ability to plan, assess risks and opportunities, create & follow-up budgets, communicate with stakeholders, troubleshooting problems, and more.

You also have good command of Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office. You are fluent in French and English, Italian being an advantage.

You have strong creativity with great sensitivity to luxury as well as technical skills, and you are seeking excellence. You like to work in an organized and structured manner and have a sense of priority and responsibility. Rigorous, reliable and flexible, you make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.
