Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and globally-minded  Digital Marketing Manager  to lead digital campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness for Cultural Care Au Pair. Based in Zurich, you’ll own strategy and execution across a range of paid digital channels, working with a collaborative international team that values initiative, impact, and innovation.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is excited to unlock new ways to connect with global audiences.

What you'll do :

• Own strategy and performance for paid digital channels, including : Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, retargeting, Spotify, and emerging platforms.
• Develop and launch compelling digital campaigns—from concept to execution.
• Analyze performance, uncover insights, and drive optimization across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Partner with creative, sales, and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with business priorities.
• Forecast and manage digital budgets, ensuring we hit growth and CPA goals.
• Propose and pilot new digital marketing tactics or channels based on audience trends and competitive insights.
• Run A / B tests on creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, with a persistent eye on new channels and competitor techniques.
