INTRODUCTION :
For one of our clients, an industrial company based in Lausanne, we are looking for a
Customer Contract Administrator H / F DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION :
You will be responsible for the complete management of export customer orders, from contract preparation to final invoicing.
- Manage customer orders and contracts (preparation, follow-up, L / C).
- Ensure the administrative and logistical management of projects in SAP.
- Coordinate delivery, invoicing and payments.
- Maintain a close relationship with customers and suppliers to ensure deadlines and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams for project follow-up.
PROFIL ATTENDU :
Commercial education (CFC in Commerce or equivalent).Minimum 5 years' experience in order or contract management within an industrial environment.Good knowledge of international trade, Letters of Credit, logistics and incoterms.Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite, SAP is an assetLanguages : German, C1, English C1, French B2 is an asset.Rigorous, organized , adaptable and a good team player .Interested?
