As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from conception to completion—ensuring seamless coordination, efficient resource allocation, and successful delivery. You bring exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise to the role. You can choose to work from one of our offices in Giubiasco, Rotkreuz, Fribourg, or Lausanne

Executing hydropower plant projects in both regional and international settings.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering

Solid experience in designing and implementing electrical and electromechanical systems; 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the hydropower plant sector

Proven ability to manage projects from planning to execution

Excellent team player with strong communication skills for working with clients, suppliers, and interdisciplinary teams

Good knowledge of German is considered an asset
