YOUR MISSION

Your role is to coordinate people and processes to ensure on time projects’ delivery and premium client services.

You must be able to anticipate a project needs and / or pitfalls, discern priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.

• Follow up and client relationship management
• Project plans development
• Operational Staff management (hostess, installers, cameraman, stage managers)
• Transportation budget production
• Transportation booking and coordination
• Logistics : plannings and routes
• Optimal CRM use
• Events’ progress tracking
• Risk management
• Management reporting
