We are looking on behalf of one of our clients based in Zurich for an IT support technician. This is a long-term contract.
Tasks
- Manage IT incidents by telephone or on site
- Resolve incidents by managing priorities
- Install and configure workstations, printers and mobile equipment (tablets and telephones)
- Manage IT hardware stocks
- Prepare and provide technical support for videoconferencing rooms
- Interacting and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
