Deep understanding of eCommerce market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to drive growth and profitability. Knowledge and frequent usage of Project Management & Process Improvement tools and techniques Proficiency in data analysis, business case creation and reporting tools. Excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills. High customer focus, data-driven decision making and problem-solving mentality are a must. Your role :
- Business Development : Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and conduct market research to drive eCommerce growth.
- Project Management : Plan, execute, and oversee eCommerce projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strategic Planning and Execution : Contribute to the development and execution of the eCommerce strategy, identify and implement process improvements, and monitor industry trends.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting : Analyze eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize the eCommerce business.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership : Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborate with various departments, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
