Our client is a non profit organization based in Geneva. To strengthen their Brand andmunications Team, we are currently looking for an experienced Digital and Brand Experience Manager.
Main responsibilities :
- Oversee main website, managing content, design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain microsites, digital tools, apps, and the database.
- Manage security licenses and domain maintenance.
- Collaborate with external providers to create user-friendly, visually appealing websites and tools, implementing new features as needed.
- Regularly update website content with text, images, and multimedia elements.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience by coordinating with content creators.
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience (UX).
- Monitor web traffic, analyze user engagement, and implement improvements based on data; generate regular reports.
- Manage the organization's newsletters and othermunications mailings.
- Develop and implement visual branding strategies to enhance recognition and consistency.
- Maintain visual brand elements (logos, color schemes, typography, imagery).
- Ensure consistency across all visualmunications and digital platforms.
- Enforce brand guidelines across all channels.
- Create and edit graphics and assets for various platforms (websites, social media, advertising, newsletters, etc.).
- Collaborate with external designers to align visual content with brand messaging.
- Liaise with vendors and agencies to produce branded materials.
- Develop RFPs and manage the vendor selection process.
Profile :
Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, marketing,munications,puter science, or related field.3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Knowledge of SEO best practices and UX principles.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.Experience with domain management and database systems (CiviCRM knowledge is a bonus).Expertise in developing and maintaining visual brand elements.Experience managing newsletters and organizationalmunications.Strong team player with a positive, solution-focused approach, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills in English.Job ID DCFE0A01-92B9-4433-8D83-04F77817F77B
