Your Role

  • Design and refine solution concepts and IT architectures, collaborating with team members and external partners.
  • Lead digital consulting projects in key areas like Open Finance, Open Health, and Mobile-first Customer Journeys.
  • Tackle tasks such as digital strategy development and conducting market analyses.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
  • Participate in team management, coaching, and recruitment efforts.

Your Background

  • Over 5 years of experience in consulting for digitization projects, particularly in software engineering or architecture.
  • Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience, including roles as a product owner or manager.
  • Native-level German and fluent English are essential.
