Product Manager - Loyalty and Partner Platforms (B2B)

We are building a suite of B2B loyalty and rewards products used by banks, airlines, global brands, and enterprise partners. Our work sits at the intersection of loyalty, payments, APIs, and data , enabling partners to reward customers at scale through modern, modular infrastructure.

As Product Manager , you will work directly with the Head of Product and take ownership across multiple product initiatives. You will help shape, build, and scale platform capabilities that power partner onboarding, integrations, and high-volume reward flows — from early discovery through production rollout.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, real-world impact, and close collaboration with external partners.

Tasks

What you’ll do :

Product ownership & delivery

• Own and drive defined product areas across a broader product landscape.
• Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Manage and prioritize backlogs in close collaboration with engineering.
• Ensure features are delivered with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and operational reliability.
