What would your role be?

Join our Digital Client Channels team, where we oversee all client-facing apps and portals.

Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns our digital onboarding platform with the overall customer lifecycle, establish a backlog and take ownership for successful delivery.

Coordinate with other platforms, such as core banking and CRM / CLM, to ensure end-to-end delivery success.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and effectively translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

Work closely with internal teams—including developers, UX specialists, engineers, architects, QA, IT security, and operations—to ensure understanding and alignment of implementation plans.

Provide training for both internal teams and customers on utilizing our digital onboarding platform, actively promoting adoption.

Assess, report, and proactively address any technical risks that may arise during the process.

Serve as a dedicated product evangelist and subject matter expert for our developer teams.

Manage, measure, and report on the quality, scope, budget, and outcomes of delivery projects, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.

What are we looking for?

Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track-record of guiding teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Expertise in client onboarding and client lifecycle processes, ensuring a smooth digital experience for users.

Proven technical background in software development and architecture using a state-of-the-art tech stack.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical solutions on time and within budget.

Product expert in the finance and banking sectors, with a track record of developing top-tier platforms.

Passionate about enhancing user experiences and dedicated to maintaining high standards of delivery quality.

Experienced leader of technical teams within an agile environment, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Ability to quickly grasp complex ideas and effectively communicate them to diverse technical audiences.
