Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a structured and communicative Logistics Coordinator to support our client’s logistics operations in Zurich . You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating transport partners, and ensuring on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate daily logistics processes, including shipping and receiving

Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams

Ensure accurate documentation and customs compliance

Track deliveries and resolve transport issues

Support logistics reporting and data accuracy

What You Bring

Training or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or freight handling

Familiarity with international shipping procedures and Incoterms

Good knowledge of ERP systems and Excel

Fluency in German is mandatory , English is an asset
