You Are 4+ years engineering, 3+ in leadership Built 0→1 products to scale (100K+ users or $10M+ revenue) Deep AI / ML expertise (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine-tuning) Fintech / financial services / Waelth management background. Hired and scaled engineering teams. Ideally based in Zurich or Zug. Bonus : Startup founder / early CTO, raised funding, domain expertise in wealth management
