Your Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, and commission carton cutting machinery  at client sites in Switzerland and internationally.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting , ensuring optimal machine performance.
  • Train clients  on the safe operation, maintenance, and use of technical documentation for the equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams  (Technical Support, R&D, Marketing, Demonstration, Training) to improve products and service efficiency.

    • Your Profile

  • Technical background : CFC as a mechanic, polymechanic, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience with carton cutting machines  or similar industrial equipment.
  • Hands-on mechanical skills  with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility for travel : More than 50% of the time across Switzerland and internationally.
  • Language skills : Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills , with a strong client-oriented approach.
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and stress-resistant , with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Computer proficiency : Comfortable with MS Office and technical documentation tools.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) .
