Technical Application Consultant (TAC) for Laboratory Digitalization and Automation

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role, providing competent and professional technical consultation during the pre-sales phase is key. The TAC  ensures, that the sales team of the market organization Switzerland offers the right solution tailored to the customer's specific requirements. The market organization serves the Swiss market with all products and services of METTLER TOLEDO. As the technical expert for the LabX software, the TAC conducts demonstrations and customer trainings either remotely or on-site. For our location in Greifensee we are looking for a Technical Application Consultant 80 – 100% (all genders)

In this role, your responsibilities would include :

• You will professionally address technically complex questions, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Expert Pre-Sales Consultation : Support the sales process with technical expertise to ensure solutions meet customer needs
• LabX Software Specialist : Lead demos and trainings remotely or on-site to showcase LabX capabilities
• Technical Problem Solving : Provide professional answers to complex technical inquiries from customers
• Additionally, you proactively identify new business opportunities and customers and pursue them actively
