Job description

Conception, development, maintenance, evolution, testing, and documentation of the next generation software solutions
That software supports business of the major sport events like Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games or World Cups
Ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software you produce
Managing the high level specifications and best practices for the team
Mentor and coach developers through proactively looking for opportunities to increase their skills, as well as act as a technical leader within the team
Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to) to ensure engineering maturity and quality control
Further : to lead and push a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, while creating a safe place for developers to experiment with radical and high risk changes

Profile

5+ years' experience as a professional software developer

You hold a degree in Software Engineering or equivalent

You are resilient and able to operate in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment

You are structured, systematic and organized in your way of working you prioritize according the deadlines

You are optimistic, motivating and visionary, you are available for travels abroad

Professional requirements

You have proven experience in developing web applications with .NET / C# backend deployed in Docker or AKS

Frontend technology knowledge is a plus

You have experience of automated testing and deployments, as well as good understanding of Agile principles (XP, Scrum, Kanban).

Languages

Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
