Senior accounting specialist

Are you

graduated in in accounting, Finance, or related field and a relevant business

experience in accounting?

Responsibilities

Manage

general ledger activities

Oversee

fixed asset accounting : setup, depreciation, and reconciliation between

sub-ledgers and the general ledger

Support

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

Prepare

financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors

Assist in

balance sheet analysis, intercompany transactions, and reserve calculations

Collaborate

with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and systems

Maintain

documentation of accounting policies and procedures

Liaise with

auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or

related field

5 or more years of relevant business experience

in accounting

• Fluent in English and Italian

Strong understanding of accounting principles

and financial statements

Knowledge of Swiss statutory regulation

enabling the proper accounting for the preparation

Knowledge of Swiss VAT and statutory

regulations for VAT calculation and VAT returns

Excellent communication and organizational

skills
