CONTEXT :

We are looking for a Marketing Project Leader for our Erborian Export Business Unit . Our mission is to inspire, drive and support distributors in developing Erborian brand and increasing the brand awareness locally"‹.

You will be part of the Export Marketing Team and will report to the Head of Export. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Export team (Sales & Training) as well as with the Digital International teams (Communication, Social Media, Influencers & Acquisitions).

MAIN MISSIONS :

  • Country follow-up : support 13 countries to drive their marketing activations with the ambition to push brand awareness and challenge their investments :

Ensure global activation campaigns execution so that they remain aligned with brand objectives and business expansion strategy

  • Maximize all aspects of the 360° including Digital, Social Media, Influencers activations, PR and CRM, while maintaining fundamental execution in the stores (trade, merchandising & promotions, sampling)
  • Develop consumer-centric initiatives that resonate across different markets
  • Market visits 5-6 times a year
  • Be the key contact to international teams for all Social Media Marketing topics (Communication assets, Tik Tok, Influencers : paid & organic, Acquisitions)
  • Create & consolidate activation reports to analyze the results of each campaign and share recommendations & improvements for future animations
  • Create specific tools based on country marketing needs
  • HOW YOU CAN FIT :

  • 5 years in a similar position (Operational Marketing with excellent Social Media knowledge), with experience in Wholesale ideally
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit : Proactivity, Innovative thinking, and sense of priorities
  • Have the agility & ability to think global and local, and drive solutions that meet both brand requirements and local commercial realities
  • Good analytical skills
  • Organized, excellent level of autonomy with a strong team-spirit
  • Able to work in multicultural environment
  • String interpersonal & influencing skills
  • At ease with Excel, PowerPoint & Canva
