This Position reports to :

Corporate Controller

In the role of Corporate Communications Manager - Group Finance, you support the Corporate Finance leadership team in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy, plan and KPIs. You lead initiatives that align with our company's goals and serve as a strategic internal communications partner and advisor to the Corporate Finance leadership team.

The position is based in Zurich.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Develop and implement a joint Finance internal communications strategy and plans that support the positioning, mission and vision of the Corporate Finance function
• Champion initiatives that advance business goals while enhancing employee knowledge and engagement
• Ensure all communications are aligned with the organization's overall messaging and branding
• Act as a strategic communications partner to leaders across Corporate Finance function to increase awareness of their team's purpose, priorities, and key outcomes
• Support the communication of key projects, and events
• Enhance continuous improvement of internal communications processes, tools, and channels
• Work seamlessly with counterparts across ABB's corporate and business communications teams to promote a holistic and integrated approach
• Recognize team accomplishments and increase visibility of open roles
