The Manager Medical Communication (m / f / d) will clearly share scientific information, create digital customer experiences, develop a strong communication plan aligned with medical and business goals, and lead innovative projects in the therapeutic area, by carrying out the following task areas :

  • Leads medical education and communication programs with Field / Medical Advisors, ensuring alignment with strategy and effective HCP engagement
  • Develops and execute NGCE initiatives, optimizing omnichannel customer interactions
  • Drives innovative scientific communication to enhance education and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversees educational and scientific initiatives, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with KOLs, researchers, and HCPs
  • Authors and manages scientific publications, ensuring high-quality data dissemination with the Medical Advisor
  • Develops a strong scientific communication plan aligned with medical strategy and business goals
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies
  • Mentors and guides team members in scientific communication and project management

In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have :

  • Successfully completed studies in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a scientific field (preferably with a PhD)
  • At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a comparable field, preferably in Medical Affairs
  • Conversational level of German or French; very good communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of scientific data and their interpretation
  • Experience in managing the execution of educational or communication initiatives is an asset
  • Previous experience working in a cross-functional and / or matrix environment
  • High level of agility, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong focus on continuous improvement and driving innovative solutions
