About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated CRM Service Administrator (m / f / d) to support our Finance & Commercial Operations team in the effective implementation and maintenance of Salesforce Service processes. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of local and global Salesforce Service processes (scoping, user stories, incident and defect handling)
- Align local needs with global and regional CRM / ERP systems
- Maintain and optimize interfaces between Customer Service and other systems
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Perform regular health checks in SAP and Salesforce
- Participate in international change management meetings
- Handle and document customer complaints and requests in the CRM system
- Provide support to the Customer Service team and its interfaces
- Strengthen the service back-office operations
Required Qualifications and Experience
Completed commercial or technical vocational training or higher educationSeveral years of experience as a key user of CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and SAPProven experience with transformation projects and KPI monitoringStrong analytical thinking, communication skills, and flexibilityAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsFast learner in using new IT tools and systemsFluent in German and good command of EnglishExperience in project management is a plusApplication Information
